Any suggestions? He's allergic to dairy, so anything with cheese in it is out. I just need to get this kid to eat more table food--right now his favorite thing is still a bottle of formula, and he's 12 months old! Help!
Sorry, I can't help much, we only have 3 meals at my house for my 2 boys (2 and 4yrs.) Mac and Cheese (dairy), quesadillas (dairy), and PB&J (not good for allergy children). For dinner I can get them to eat spagghetti or chicken nuggets. Sorry, I can't help.

That's ok, every quick meal seems to have dairy in it. He's still mostly on formula, unfortunately. He likes chicken nuggets and hot dogs, but I really need to try to get him to eat more variety,
Honestly, I envy your situation (a little). I know it's hard to have a child with allergies, but truthfully, it forces you to put more effort into what he eats. Children with allergies, generally, can only eat healthy, all natural foods, which allows for a more healthy life-style. He'll be eating mostly fruits and veggies his whole life due to the other limitations. That's not a bad thing...
