I have two words to say...Stomach Flab.  How in the heck do you get rid of it. I had a flat tummy before I was a mom, now I cant get rid of my little mommy gut.

I know what you mean.....I feel like I was cute before I was pregnant and now I am just a fatty ... But with the most beautiful baby girl.... I bought a work out video called turbo jam and I think that the cardio will really help out the flab issue.. but it is just hard to keep up working out every day .. because I want to see the results now instead of later.

Any good Ideas for healthy food that doesnt take all year to prepare...

If you were skinny before pregnancy, it is likely that you could be thin again... but my philosophy on childbearing is this... don't do it if you are obsessive about your appearance.  It isn't healthy for kids to be around someone who is constantly worrying about weight or looks.  Eat healthy, exercise regularly, but be positive about what your body is.  It will take time, but if you are dilligent, you will be back to the way you were, or at least close.  Be healthly and really, that is all that matters.  Be happy and your children will be happy, be dissatisfied and your children will constantly be dissatisfied.
